All students must complete a minimum of 120 hours of work experience in a regulated aged care facility to be deemed competent for Certificate III in Individual Support Ageing.

Duration is dependent on training delivery mode, individual experience and skills. Students with no experience are required to complete a volume of learning of 1000 hours comprising of guided learning, individual study and assessments.
